Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product packaging must be intact.
- All parts of the product must be unused and unassembled.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@printkeepblasters.eu. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
You then have 30 days from the date of approval for the return to arrive at the provided address. If the return arrives after this period, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

The return shipping must be arranged and paid for entirely by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your bank account within 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damages and Issues

If your items arrive damaged or incomplete, please take a photo of the packaging before opening it and contact us at info@printkeepblasters.eu.
We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Made-to-order items, such as 3D printed blaster parts, are not eligible for returns, as they are produced based on your custom requirements.

Exchanges and Order Modifications

If you need to add or swap items, or merge two orders, please contact us at info@printkeepblasters.eu before your order has been shipped.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible. In that case, you must follow the return process outlined above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
